BUCKET TRUCK: The Committee reviewed an analysis of the costs of retaining and main taining the present bucket truck compared to purchasing a new one in 1982 and in 1985.The analysis showed that with the high costs of maintaining the existing bucket truck,it would be more economical to purchase a new bucket truck in 1982 rather than waiting until 1985.
