Home My WebLink AboutEPURA RESOLUTION 3423QRESOLUTIONNO.342ARESOLUTIONOFTHEESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYAMENDINGTUEFY2003GENERALFUNDBUDGETWHEREAS,theEstesParkUrbanRenewalAuthority(EPURA)hasfinancialreservesinexcessofthatbudgetedforprojectsinfY2003andhasissuednewbondsinFY2003;andWHEREAS,itwasdeterminedbytheBoardofCommissionersofEPURAthatitwasinthebestinterestoftheTownandEPURAtoproceedasexpeditiouslyaspossibleintheimplementationoftheWestCorridorPlaninFY2003;specifically,theconstructionofthefirstphaseofthekayakcourseandadjacentRiverwalkinthevicinityofPerformancePark,anendeavorwhichexpended$291,803ofthefinancialreservesinexcessoftheamountoriginallybudgeted;andWHEREAS,TaxIncrementRevenueRefundingandImprovementBonds,Series2003wereissuedintheamountof$4,165,000,usedtorefinancetheTaxRevenueRefundingandImprovementBonds,Series1993,(ConferenceCenter)intheamountof$2,445,170andprovideEPURAwithapproximately$2,500,000forprojects.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYTHAT:TheFY2003GeneralFundBudgetexpendituresforcapitalprojectsbeamendedfrom$780,282to$1,072,085.TheFY2003DebtServiceBudgetexpendituresbeamendedfrom$347,200to$2,725,799.TheFY2003CapitalProjectsBudgetexpenditures(forcostofprofessionalservicesrelatedtobonding)beamendedfrom$0to$72,310.ADOPTED,thisl7dayofDecember,2003.ESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYChairmanATTEST:
