HomeMy WebLinkAboutEPURA RESOLUTION 25000RESOLUTIONNO.250ARESOLUTIONOFTHEESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYAPPROVINGTHEVACATIONOFANEASEMENTLOCATEDONLOT2STANLEYKNOLLSUBDIVISIONOFTRACT2STANLEYADDITIONTOTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOWHEREAS,forthepurposeofeffectingunrestrictedtitletoalloftheKnollproperty,whichtheAuthorityisintheprocessofacquiringaleaseholdinterestintheremainingparcelthereof,theBoardofCommissionersoftheEstesParkUrbanRenewalAuthority,EstesPark,Colorado,hasdeterminedthatitisinthebestinterestoftheAuthoritytovacateaneasementoverandthroughthefollowingdescribedproperty:Lot2StanleyKnollSubdivisionofTract2StanleyAdditiontotheTownofEstesPark,Colorado.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYTHAT:Section1:TheBoardofCommissionersoftheEstesParkUrbanRenewalAuthorityherebyvacatesthefollowingdescribedeasement:EasementcontainedinNoteonPlatofStanleyKnollSubdivisionofTract2,StanleyadditiontotheTownofEstesPark,whichstates:AgeneraleasementacrossLot2shallbeallowedforconstructionandmaintenanceofpublicfacilitiesandpedestrianaccesstoLots1and3.Section2:TheAuthorityherebysurrendersanyandallright,titleandinteresttosaideasement.ADOPTEDthis29thdayofJanuary1997.ESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYJ4ChairmaVATTEST:/Secretary
