HomeMy WebLinkAboutEPURA RESOLUTION 92RESOLUTIONNO.92(Series1988)ARESOLUTIONOFTHEESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYAPPROVINGANAGREEMENTBETWEENTHEESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYANDRIVERPARKPLAZAASSOCIATESFORTHESALEANDREDEVELOPMENTOFREALPROPERTYLOCATEDINTHEDOWNTOWNREDEVELOPMENTAREAWHEREAS,theAuthorityadoptedResolutionNo.60onSeptember3,1986(EPURADeclaringanIntenttoAcquireRealPropertiesintheDowntownRedevelopmentArea);andWHEREAS,theAuthorityadoptedResolutionNo.84onNovember19,1987(EPURAAcceptingaProposalofWagnerEnterprisestoNegotiateanAgreementforRedevelopmentofthe“BoydBuilding”.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFCOMMISSIONERSOFTHEESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYTHAT:1.TheprocedureforpropertydisposalhasbeenfollowedasoutlinedinC.R.S.31—25—106(2).2.NegotiationshavebeenconductedbetweentheAuthorityandRiverParkPlazaAssociates.3.TheproposedAgreementbetweentheEstesParkUrbanRenewalAuthorityandRiverParkPlazaAssociatesforthesaleandredevelopmentofrealpropertyandimprovementslocatedonLot1,AmendedPlatofLots1through9andtheEast21feetofLot10,allinBlock5oftheSecondAmendedPlatoftheTownofEstesPark,LarimerCounty,ColoradoandtheWesterlythree(3)feetofEastRiversideDrivefromtheNortheastcornerofLot1oftheamendedplatofLots1through9andtheEast21feetofLot10,Block5oftheSecondAmendedPlatoftheTownofEstesPark,South108.58feettotheSoutheastcornerofsaidLot1isherebyapprovedinsubstantiallythesameformasthecopyofsaidAgreementattachedhereto.ADOPTEDthis29thdayofFebruary,1988,atLLc,A.M.ESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYarlesH.Phares,ChairmanATTEST:•-r.on.Sccretary
