RESOLUTIONNO.91(Series1988)ARESOLUTIONOFTHEESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYGRANTINGAPUBLICEASEMENTTOTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOWHEREAS,theTownofEstesPark,Coloradohas,byOrdinanceNo.3-88datedFebruary23,1988,vacatedathreefoot(3’)widestripalongtheeasternboundaryofLot1,AmendedPlatofLots1through9andtheEast21feetofLot10,allinBlock5oftheSecondAmendedPlatoftheTownofEstesPark,LarimerCounty,Colorado;andWHEREAS,theEstesParkUrbanRenewalAuthorityhasdeterminedthatpassageofOrdinanceNo.3—88isinthebestinterestsoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado;NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFCOMMISSIONERSOFTHEESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYTHAT:1.TheAuthoritywillgrantaneasementoftwofeet,eightinches(2’8”)ofsaidvacatedright—of—waytotheTownofEstesPark,Coloradoasanexclusiveandpermanenteasementforpublicuseandundergroundutilities.2.TheBoardofCommissionersauthorizestheChairmanoftheAuthoritytosignadocumentconveyingsaidtwofeet,eightinches(2’8”)ofsaidvacatedright—of—waytotheTownofEstesParkaspublicspaceinsubstantiallythesameformasthecopyofsucheasementattachedhereto.ADOPTEDthis29thdayofFebruary,1988,atA.M.ESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYalesH.Phares,ChairmanATTEST:rthuL.erson,Secretary
