Home My WebLink AboutEPURA RESOLUTION 84GURESOLUTIONNO.84(Series1987)RESOLUTIONOFTHEESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYACCEPTINGAPROPOSALOFWAGNERENTERPRISETONEGOTIATEANAGREEMENTFORREDEVELOPMENTOFTHE“BOYDBUILDING”WHEREAS,theAuthorityreceivedthreeproposalsinresponsetoitsnoticesandrequestsforproposalsforredevelopmentofthe“BoydBuilding”withintheEstesParkUrbanRenewalDistrict,whichnoticeshadbeenpublishedandadvertisedinaccordancewithlegalrequirements;andWHEREAS,interviewswiththerespondentswereconductedbytheCommissionersandStaffoftheAuthority;andWHEREAS,pursuanttosuchinterviews,evaluationandconsideration,theAuthorityhasdeterminedthattheresponseofWAGNERENTERPRISEtotheproposalmeetsthecriteria,requirementsandpurposesofredevelopmentofthe“BoydBuilding”withintheEstesParkUrbanRenewalDistrictasprovidedintheAuthority’srequestforproposal.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFCOMMISSIONERSOFTHEESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYTHAT:1.WAGNERENTERPRISEisherebyselectedfornegotiationofaDispositionandDevelopmentAgreementforthe“BoydBuilding”.SuchnegotiationswillbecompletedonorbeforeJanuary18,1988,whichdatemaybeextendedbymutualconsentofbothparties.SuchAgreementwillbesubjecttotheapprovaloftheCommissionersoftheAuthority.ADOPTEDthis19thdayofNovember,1987.ESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYCharlesH.Phares,ChairmanATTEST:ArthurL.Andson,Secretary
