0RESOLUTIONNO.62(Series1986)RESOLUTIONOFTHEESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYREGARDINGTHEREGULARMEETINGWHEREAS,theBylawsoftheEstesParkUrbanRenewalAuthorityprovidethattheregularmeetingsoftheAuthorityshallbedeterminedbyResolutionoftheAuthority.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFCOMMISSIONERSOFTHEESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYTHAT:TheregularmeetingsoftheEstesParkUrbanRenewalAuthorityshallbeheldonthefirstandthirdThursdaysofeachmonthat8:30a.m.intheTownBoardRoomoftheEstesParkMunicipalBuildingunlesscancelledbymotionoftheAuthorityorchangedtoadifferentdateand/ortimebyResolutionoftheAuthority.ADOPTEDthis5thdayofNovember,1986.ChairmanSecretary
