Home My WebLink AboutEPURA RESOLUTION 24CRESOLUTIONNO.:)‘.-\(Series7984)RESOLUTIONOFTHEESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYACCEPTINGAPROPOSALOFCARLEYCAPITALGROUPTONEGOTIATEANAGREEMENTFORTHEDEVELOPMENTOFCONFLUENCEPARKWHEREAS,theAuthorityreceivednumerousproposalsinresponsetoitsnoticesandrequestsforproposalsfordevelopmentofConfluenceParkwithintheEstesParkUrbanRenewalArea,whichnoticeshadbeenpublishedandadvertisedinaccordancewithlegalrequirements;andWHEREAS,extensiveinterviewswiththerespondentswereconductedbymembersoftheCommissionersandstaffoftheAuthority;andWHEREAS,pursuanttosuchinterviewsandextensiveevaluationandconsideration,theAuthorityhasdeterminedthattheresponsesandproposalsofCarleyCapitalGroup,Downing—Leach,Brown,BortzandCoddingtonandKKBNAEngineersbestmeetthecriteria,requirementsandpurposesofredevelopmentoftheConfluenceParkProjectwithintheEstesParkUrbanRenewalAreaasprovidedintheAuthority’srequestforqualifications.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFCOMMISSIONERSOFTHEESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYTHAT:1.TheproposalofCarleyCapitalGroupandtheaforesaidmembersofthedevelopmentteamisherebyacceptedsubjecttotheexecutionofanagreementtonegotiate,l?eteenCarleyCapitalGroupandtheAuthorityonorbefore(r/,1984,whichagreementshallbesubjecttotheapprovaloftheCommissionersoftheAuthority.2.Considerationshallbegiventoinclusionofthefollowingmatters,bywayofillustrationonly,insuchagreement:theprovisionsoftherequestforqualifications,thewrittenandverbalproposalsofCarleyandmembersofthedevelopmentteam,thedevelopmentcriteriaandmattersconsideredbytheCommissionersoftheAuthorityandtheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesPark,andsuchmattersandprovisionsasrecommendedbythestaffandconsultantsoftheAuthorityandtheTown.ADOPTEDthis3rddayofOctober,1984.n//JU1/.f.\]Secetary
