Home My WebLink AboutEPURA RESOLUTION 21CRESOLUTIONNO.21ARESOLUTIONOFTHEESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYAPPROVINGTHEWORKRELEASEAGREEMENTWITHDESIGNSTUDIOSWEST,INC.,REGARDINGCONTINUINGSERVICESFORSTREETSCAPEIMPROVEMENTSWHEREAS,effectiveSeptember21,1983,theAuthorityhadenteredintoanagreementwithDesignStudiosWest,Inc.fordesignandplanofstreetscapeimprovements,acopyofwhichagreementisattachedheretoandmadeparthereof;andWHEREAS,theinitialphaseofsuchimprovementsisnearlycomplete;andWHEREAS,theAuthorityhasdeterminedtocontinuethestreetscapeimprovementsprojectinaccordancewithsaidagreement.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFCOMMISSIONERSOFTHEESTESPARKURBANRENEWALAUTHORITYTHAT:Section1.PursuanttotheAgreementForDesignandPlanofStreetscapeImprovementswithDesignStudiosWest,Inc.,effectiveSeptember21,1983,theDirectorisherebyauthorizedtoenterintoaWorkReleaseAgreementinsubstantiallythesameformasthatincorporatedinsaidagreementasAppendixC.Section2.ThescopeofservicesforthenextphaseofstreetscapeimprovementsshallbeessentiallyasdescribedintheattachmenttosaidAppendixC.1esecid&.Mc2-Section3.ThefixedfeeforservicesprovidedbyDesignStudiosshallbe$34OO.Theestimatedamountforreimbursablecostsshallbe$(ynofkxce#c1Section4.ThedateforcompletionoftheservicesshallbepJy),1984.1&ThQfI&ba)CO3Pk*O-’Section5.AllorhertermsandprovisionsofthesaidagreementbetweenDesignStudiosWestandEstesParkUrbanRenewalAuthorityshallremaininfullforceandeffect.ADOPTEDJuly5,1984/jCharlesH.Phares,ChairmanATTEST:BarbaraCole,Secretary
