H. Gillan, C. F. Hix, N. L. Bartlett Verne H. Fanton, Secretary, Kem Hahn, Planning Consultant Absent: C. M, Hunter, Val Benard, C, A. Law, J. 0. Mall Minutes of the regular meeting held on July 15th read and approved as read. Chairman Herzog announced that Glenn Prosser had submitted his resignation as a member of the Commission and that Mayor Clarence Graves with the approval of the Town Council had appointed N, L, Bartlett as a member of the Local and Rep.onal Planning Commission, N, L, Bartlett was welcomed as a member of the Commission, As a result of a petition filed with the Larimer County Commissioners and in accordance with a notice mailed to all known property owners and pub^c notice having been published, the Commission proceeded to conduct a public hea^ng re­ garding a request to re-zone the Fall River Area from the existing To^s District" to the proposed "Accommodations District", As a result of the Pybl:L° notice, the Secretary reported that five letters had been received supporting the application to re-zone and one had been received opposing^ the re-zoning. following persons appeared and spoke supporting the petition to re-zone. lyr Polevitsky. Jack Seybold, Norman Park, H, P, James, and CarP S^uePson. following appeared and spoke opposing the re-zoning: A, E, Holmes, Richard Taylor, C.B. Cofer! Mr, Newcomb, James Work and Don Robertson, All persons having been heard and the question fully discussed by the Commission and those present, G,H. Gillan moved that the proposal be referred to Trafton Bean for reco^endation with a decision to be made at the next regular meeting, C, F, Hix seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried, Mr Kem Hahn presented a recommended Trailer Court Regulations in printed form pmpSS byTrSton Bean, Time did not permit the study of the proposed reg- Slations, 7The Coimiission agreed to act on the proposal at the next regular meeting.
