Meeting held in the Town Hall on the I8th day of February, 1958, 7:30 P.M. Present: Glenn Prosser, Acting Chairman. Charles Herzog, Charles Hlx, Ronald Brodle, C.M. Hunter, C.A. Law. Also Present: Trafton Bean, Planning Consultant, Verne Fanton, Secretary. Absent: G.H. Glllan, Chairman. Minutes of the regular meeting held on the 28th day of January, 1958, read and approved. * * Mr. and Mrs. J.F. Lehman appeared before the Commission and requested 4°i Lake View Tracts, be re-zoned from present Residence District to Restricted Commercial District. In accordance with policy, the matter was set over until the next meeting. B®an submltted and read a report regarding the proposed comniualJy building, proposed to be built by theRecreatlon The report included five alternate suggestions to be considered. The Commission made no recommendation at this time. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
