Minutes of a regular meeting of the Estes Park Local Planning Commission.
Meeting held in the Toto Hall ^ on January 21, 1958, 7:30 P«M.
Present: G-.H. G-lllan, Chairman, Ronald Brodie, Charles Hix, Glenn Prosser.
Also Present: Verne H. Fanton, Secretary. Trafton Bean, Planning Consultant.
Absent: Charles Hterzog, C.M. Hunter, C.A. Law.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on December 17, 1957, read and approved.

at the next meeting.
Mr. Bean reviewed the over-all planning program for the Town, and reported

Commission stated that these subjects should be studied at a seperaT:e
meeting, for possible changes.

Minutes of a regular meeting of the Estes Park Regional Planning Commission*
Meeting held In the Town Hall, on the 21st day of January, 1958, 7:30 P*M*
Present; G-*H. G-lllan, Chairman, Val Benard, Ronald Brodle, Charles Hlx,
J.O. Mall, Glenn Prosser.
Also Present; Trafton Bean, Planning Consultant, Verne H. Fanton, Secretary.
Absent: Donald Griffith, Charles Herzog, C.M. Hunter, C.A. Law.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on November 26, 1957> read and approved.
Mr* Barr, Mr. Wright, and Mr. Ingo^,» of Denver, appeared before the Commission,
presented several plats of a proposed subdivision, to be located on the
acre S.S. Magoffin tract, adjacent to highway U.S. Mr. Barr stated
' that they desired to have the tract annexed to the Town. The Commission
discussed the annexation proceedure, operation of a proposed recreation area,
proposed zoning, and various deatlls of the proposal. In accordance with
established proceedure, the proposal was set over until the next meeting*
Mr. Glenn Prosser, representing the Airport Committee of the Estes Park
Chamber of Commerce, reported on the facts and Information compiled by the
Committee, Including Federal Aid requlrments. Because of legal and financial
problems Involved, It appeared that no definite action could be taken at
this time.
An application, for the Installation of an Ice vending machine, to be located
on highway U.S. 34, submitted by William Watson, was referred to the
advisory committee for recommendation.
Mr* Trafton Bean reported that he would meet with the various advisory
committees, on the afternoon of January 28th, In order to further establish
zoning districts. In District No. 3*
