Meeting held in the Town Hall on the 15th day of April, 1958 at 700 P.M, Present:Charles Herzog, G, H. Gillan, Glenn Prosser, C, M. Hunter Ronald Brodie, Charles Hix. / Verne H. Fanton, Secretary, Trafton Bean Planning Consultant. C. A. Law. Also Present: Absent: * Minutes of the regular meeting held on March 25 read and approved. Meeting called to order by Chairman C. M. Himter. The Secretary presented a plat of the newly annexed Stmny Acres Subdivision and stated that proposed zoning should be set up for this area. The Committee asked that Trafton Bean present recommendations for zoning at the next meeting. A petition was read from property owners asking that the name of Deer Trail Street be changed to Ponderosa Drive. The petition was set over for action at the next meeting. A letter was read from C. M. Hunter asking that a portion of Lots 1 and 31 of White Meadow View be re-zoned from the existing C-2 District to C-1 District. In accordance with policy, the request was set over for the next meeting. The balance of the meeting was spent with Trafton Bean reviewing the general amendments for the Town Zoning Ordinance. There being no further business, it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn.
