Minutes of a regular meeting of the Estes Park Local Planning Commission.
Meeting held in the Town Hall on the 26th day of November, 1957 at 7:30 P.M.
Present; G-.H. Gillan, Chairman, Charles Herzog, Charles Hlx, C.M. Hunter,
C.A. Law, Glenn Prosser.
Also Present; Trafton Bean, Planning Consultant, Dallas Tanton, Secretary
Pro Tern.
Absent; Ronald Brodie, Verne H. Fanton, Secretary.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on November 19, read and approved.
The Commission Considered the request of Mr. Wesley Peterson to construct
two houses on Lot 10, Block 7, of the Reclamation Subaivision. The loo
being 3,000 sq. feet short of the Ordinance requirements, C.M. Hunter
moved that the request be denied. Charles Herzog seconded the motion.
Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
In reviewing a proposed Ordinance concerning the abandonment of
materials, Charles Hlx moved that the Commission recommend thau tne Town
Board adopt the Ordinance. Glenn Prosser seconded the motion. Upon
roll call said motion unanimously carried.
There being no further business at ’t'his time, the meeting adjourned.

Meeting held in the Tovm Hall on November 26, 1957> at 7:3°
Present: G-.H. aillan, Chairman, Val Benard, Donald Griffith, Charles Herzog,
Charles Hix, C.M. Hunter, C.A. Law, J.O. Mall, Glenn Prosser.
Also Present: Trafton Bean, Planning Consultant, Dallas Tanton, Secretary,
Pro-Tern.
Absent: Ronald Brodle, Verne H. Fanton, Secretary.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on November 19» read and approved.
A general detail discussion was held, reviewing the Model Zoning Resolution,
for Larimer County, prepared by Trafton Bean. During discussion, Charles
Herzog moved that the recommendation be made that under Section 15, paragraph
E, that the words 11 100 feet" be eliminated and the words ” 200 feet" be
substituted in place thereof. Glenn Prosser seconded the motion. Upon
roll call said motion unanimously carried.
Mr. Trafton Bean presented and reviewed an initial, proposed zoning map
for District No. and that he would meet with the advisory committees
for their recommendations, rtarrnA
Due to the holidays, the Commission agreed to have only one meeting next
month, the meeting to be on December 17th.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned
