in the Prospect Village area and an attached letter to Steve Stamey from
James Urbonas, Westplan, regarding this new development.

Tim Asbury asked that, in lieu of the fact that the July 15 block party
was cancelled, are there any plans for something of this nature in the
uture? Commissioner Anderson indicated that something would be held
this Fall, possibly in connection with Aspenfest or in that time frame
or possibly at the time of the groundbreaking of the new section.
Commissioner Pohl asked for an Executive Session at 1:00 p.m. for
about ten minutes before the afternoon session of this Board meeting.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned until 1:30 p.m.
