SUNNY ACRES ADDITION; j Chairman Prosser conducted a public hearing regarding the proposed rezoning of Lots 4 and 5, Sunny Acres Addition, from the existing R-1 Residential District to R-2 Multi Family Residential District. Attorney Lynn Hammond, of Loveland, appeared before the Commission representing Lydia Dody and :he proPosea rezoning. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. DONALD LEONARD-SPECIAL REVIEW REQUEST NO. 4; ; .! Chairman Prosser proceeded to conduct a public hearing regarding Mr. Donald Leonard's Special Review Request No. 4 to allow a single family dwelling in a C-2 Commercial zone. Mr. Leonard appeared before the Commission and stated he did not anticipate any further development bn the land other than the one single family dwelling and garage. There were no persons present speaking in favor of or in opposition to, and Secretary Hill reported no correspondence had been received either for or against the request. Chairman Prosser declared the hearing closed. Member Wagner moved the Special Review Request No. 4 be recommended to the Board of Trustees for approval. Member Blair seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion unanimously; carried. j HESS SUBDIVISION; i Richard Ball, Attorney, and Tom Brown, Surveyor, appeared before the Commission representing Mr. Lloyd Hess in regards to the Preliminary Plat of the Hess Sub division. The Commission reviewed the following correspondence recexved concern ing the plat; Bill Van Horn, Town Engineer Larimer County Planning Commission V. L. McCracken, Water Superintendent Robert L. Dekker, L &:P Superintendent Estes Park Sanitation District 4/16/74 4/12/74 4/09/74 4/08/74 3/21/74 After a short discussion. Member Wagner moved the Preliminary Plat be given “PProval and thJt the correct title of the subdivision should be worked out prior to the neat mfet^nl Member Blair seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. s SECOND REVISED SIGN CODE; | Engineer/Planner Van Horn submitted the second revised sign code and reviewed itSwith the Commission and members of the audience. Several persons in the audience spoke in opposition to the time ?laced "0";^°nf°^3n®0inmfssl0n nermitted sign sizes and various other stipulations of the code.
