Hill, Town Planner and Engineer Van Horn,r Chairman Prosser and Member Miles Due to the absence of the Chairman and Vice Chairman, Member Hix moved that Member Petrocine be the temporary Chairman for this meeting. Member Wagner seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. The minutes of the meeting held on January 15, 1974, were read and approved. FINE REZONING: Member Wagner moved that the Fine rezoning for a portion of Lot 20, Little Prospect Mountain Addition, be advertised for a Public Hearing to be held on Itorch 19, 1974, Member Steele seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. ; STANLEY HOTEL PROPERTIES SUBDIVISION PTAT; Mr. Bud Hunt and Mr. Tom Brown presented the;Stanley Hotel Properties Sub­ division Preliminary Plat. Member Hix seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. STANLEY HOTEL PROPERTIES ZONING: Member Steele moved that the public hearing for the proposed rezoning of a portion of the Stanley Hotel property be set | for March 19, 1974. Member Blair seconded the motion. Upon roll call, the motion unanimously carried. MOUNTAIN VIEW SUBDIVISION; | Mr. Paul Van Horn presented a Preliminary Plat of Mountain View Subdivision. Mr. Van Horn explained that this plat would divide a parcel of land in the Peak View Subdivision into two equal-sized lots.
