Amended Plat, Henninqsen Addition. John A. Skoog/Applicant. Chairman Sager opened a public hearing to consider said amended plat which requires boundary adjustments. Paul Kochevar stated that the proposed readjustment involves 11 1/2 acres. The proposal combines a part of Tract 1 and Tract 2 of the Burbach Addition into one lot and splits Tract 1, Burbach Addition, into two lots. Mr. Kochevar noted that easements had been added in accordance with riverwalk recommendations. Director Stamey reviewed the staff report. Chairman Sager declared the public hearing closed. It was moved and seconded (Brown-Wexler) that the skoog Subdivision proposal be favorably recommended to the Board of Trustees, and it passed unanimously. 5. DEVELOPMENT PLANS. ^-sAs—Amendment to Development Plan 86-5. Lot l. Pettviohn Addition, Darold S Lois Rohrbauqh/Applicants. Paul Kochevar stated that this applicant is proposing to add one additional two-unit cabin to the Timber Creek Chalets. Director Stamey reviewed the staff report stating that all access and utility services will remain the same. It was moved and seconded (Burgess-Hix) the amendment to Development Plan 86-5 be approved as submitted, and it passed unanimously. 6.
