Chairman Sager called the meeting to order at 1:30 PM and welcomed
Wendell Amos, James Banker and Alma Hix to the Commission.
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Minutes of the June 18, 1990 Planning Commission meeting were
approved as submitted.

Mr. Bill VanHorn, representing the applicants, advised the
Commission of the purpose of this amended plat, which is °

moved for favorable recommendation to the Town Board of th
Amended Plat, Lot 20, Peak View Subdivision and Lot 16, St.
vrain Addition, with the following conditions;
1 A note be placed on the plat which states that the E-

such time as the property may be rezoned.

Commissioner Hix moved to approve the Amendment to Development
Plan 87-5, Streamside Cottages, subject to amended Item l.
Items 2-6 of the July 11, 1990 staff report, and the addition
of Item 7, as follows:

Water service lines and meter locations and sizes
Typical parking space/driveway dimension
Exterior lighting
Power poles and service lines
More grading detail

5. REPORTS
Chairman Sager offered congratulations to Community
Development Director Stamey on his election ^to the Colorado
American Planning Association's Board of Directors as its
Northeast Area Representative.
There being no further business, Chairman Sager adjourned the
meeting at 3:10 PM.
