Chairman Sager called this meeting of the Planning Commission to
order at 3:47 p.m.

Applicant submit a revised site plan addressing the
issues of parking, stairs, river access, lighting,
landscape plan, softening of the chain link fence, the
maximum number of carts be limited to 40, operating
hours be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., the maximum
speed of the carts be 20 miles per hour, the
development be completed prior to operation of the
track, and that the engine size be limited to 5
horsepower.
Member Wood seconded the motion.
