Chairman Sager called the meeting to order at 1:32 p.ii.. and
welcomed new Commissioner, Harriet Burgess, who will till tn
remaining term of Duane Blair.
1. DEVELOPMENT PLANS

(Holiday Inn) - Employee Housing
Mr. Paul Kochevar addressed the Commission stating that the
proposed housing is to be located on Highway 7-
Holiday inn. Applicant is proposing to

Commissioner Barker moved for approval of Development Plan
89-1 with the following conditions;

The detention pond and drainage facilities be
constructed at the same time temporary buildings are

The project be approved on a temporary basis until
October 1, 1989. Should the applicant decide to
maintain the buildings after October 1, 1989, the
following improvements will be made:

Commissioner Garrett seconded the motion and the vote was
unanimous.
Applicants were advised that should additional dwelling
units be added in the future, this lot will need to be
combined with the property to the west for density purposes,
and an amended development plan will be required.
Chairman Sager advised the audience that perhaps a special
meeting for this proposal was justified, but that situatio
such as this should be avoided. Regularly scheouiea
meetings are more desirable for the general public and the
Planning Commission.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 1:47
p.m.
