DEVELOPMENT PLANS i.a. Development Plan *89-1. Forever Living Product (Holiday Inn) - Employee Housing Mr. Paul Kochevar addressed the Commission stating that the proposed housing is to be located on Highway 7- Holiday inn. Applicant is proposing to are proposed as housing for summer employees, but a deci will be made in the fall as to their permanency. BRADFORD PUBLISHING CO.RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS Planning Conunission - June 5, 1989 - Page 2 Commissioner Barker moved for approval of Development Plan 89-1 with the following conditions; 1. 2. 3. The detention pond and drainage facilities be constructed at the same time temporary buildings are placed. A utility easement along the south property line from Highway 7 to Stanley Avenue be established. The project be approved on a temporary basis until October 1, 1989. Should the applicant decide to maintain the buildings after October 1, 1989, the following improvements will be made: a. b. c. Asphalt the parking area and driveway. Due to safety nature of this item, occupancy shall cease October 1, 1989 if the structural improvements have not been made by this date. d.An access easement across established. the Texaco property be e. One parking space be added. Commissioner Garrett seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. Applicants were advised that should additional dwelling units be added in the future, this lot will need to be combined with the property to the west for density purposes, and an amended development plan will be required. Chairman Sager advised the audience that perhaps a special meeting for this proposal was justified, but that situatio such as this should be avoided. Regularly scheouiea meetings are more desirable for the general public and the Planning Commission. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 1:47 p.m.
