He further advised that rezoning of Lot 2 to R-M Multi-family is not consistent with the Comprehensive Plan; that the site is not suited for high density development because of limited access, steep slopes, and water service elevation. After reviewing this request. Planner Stamey suggested the E-Estate zoning be retained. Discussion followed concerning combining the 2 lots without a zoning change, and calculation of density. Town Attorney White advised that it is not legally possible to place conditions on a rezoning request. If the Commission is concerned about density, conditions would need to be placed on an amended plat. After further discussion. Commissioner Wood moved to continue action on both this rezoning request and the Amended Plat until the next Planning Commission meeting on December 20. Commissioner Brown seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 3:45 p.m. Carolyn 0oneSecretary
