1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Chairman Sager called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. The
minutes of the Planning Commission meeting held September
20, 1988 were submitted and it was noted that a portion of
the minutes concerning the preliminary plat of Arapaho
Meadows was not explained adequately.
Town Attorney White advised that the statement in the
minutes which read, "Mr. Luce was advised to work with town
staff on this subdivision proposal and the amendment of the
annexation agreement", should be clarified to show that the
only amendment that would be considered by the town would be
a proposal that would provide for alternate ways of meeting
the minimum requirements of access, service, and other
matters specified in the Arapaho Meadows annexation agree
ment.
Commissioner Brown explained that, in his original motion,
it was his intent to show these requirements, and moved to
have the additional wording included in the September 20th
minutes. Commissioner Garrett seconded the motion and it
passed unanimously.
2. PUBLIC HEARING
2.a. Section 17.66.320 - Nonconforming Signs
Chairman Sager advised that since the entire sign code is
being considered for amendment (including this section), the
public hearing should be discontinued until such time as the
amendments to the sign code are presented. Commissioner Hix
moved that the public hearing be discontinued as^ of this
date. Commissioner Wood seconded the motion and it passed
unanimously.
