Wood Town Attorney White, Town Planner Stamey, Secretary Jones Member Hix 1, 2, Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting held April 21, 1987 were submitted and approved. SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS 2.a. Request to Recommend Herr & Associates Chapter 16, Subdivision Regulations for Revising Planner Stamey advised that he has received a proposal from Phil Herr (Herr & Associates) of Boston regarding revising Chapter 16, Subdivision Regulations of the Municipal Code. Mr. Herr would make two trips to Estes Park to meet with Town staff. Planning Commission and Town Board, and to participate in public workshops and public hearings. Planner Stamey stated that Mr. Herr was familiar with Estes Park and the zoning regulations, that the proposed fee was very reasonable, and that he has worked well with the community and Town staff in the past. After discussion Member Wood moved that the obtaining of the services of Herr & Associates be favorably recommended to the Town Board with a "not- to-exceed" expenditure of $10,400 for the rewriting of the subdivision regulations. Member Brown seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. SET PUBLIC HEARING 3.a. Ordinance amendment regarding sign code fees. This amendment would change the fee for a sign code variance application from the present $7.50 to $50.00, to be in line with other fees charged by the Town. Member Brown moved that public hearing dates be set as follows: Planning Commission - June 15, 1987, 1:30 P.M. Town Board - June 23, 1987, 7:30 P.M. Member Blair unanimously. REPORTS seconded the motion and it passed Planner Stamey reminded the public that the June Planning Commission meeting will be held on Monday, June 15, 1987.
