Member Richard Wood moved that Special Review Request No. 45 - DeVille Subdivision be favorably recommended to the Board of Trustees subject to the following conditions: 1. The lienholder, First National Bank of Estes Park, notarize their signature on the site plan. 2. Landscaping along the east and where possible along the south property lines be shown on the site plan, on the outside of the fence. 3. The 8' dimension from the west property line to the proposed new building should be measured perpendi­ cular to the property line. Member George Hix seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
