NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK THAT:
1. The Planning Commission hereby finds that the proposed
"Estes Park Downtown Development Program" conforms with the Estes
Park Comprehensive Plan generally and in the following specific
respects: with regard to Land Use, expansion of the present Centra
Business District (CBD), Items numbered 4, 14 and 17 °f th® Future
Land Use Plan on pages 11 and 12; Items numbered 7 and 8 of the
Transportation Plan on page 13; Items numbered 6 and 7 of Recreation
on page 14; Items numbered 6 and 13 of Continuing Planning an
Plan Implementation on page 17; Items numbered 1, 2, 3 and 4 o
the Socio-Economic Goals on page 22; Item number la. 6. on
23; Items numbered 1 and le of Transportation on page 28; Concept
Plans One, Two and Three on pages 38 and 39; Commercial Land Use
