The Dedication dimensions locating the True Point of Beginning should be shown on the plat itself. The four lots as dimensioned on the plat are too small for microfilming. These dimensions should be shown on the detail more legibly. The water easement should be shown on the detail. All property pins must be set prior to Town Board approval. S.
