(2) that the unpaved center island not be left unless the developer
has landscaping plans for it, (3) all property pins be set prior
to Town Board approval, and (4) the name of the subdivision be
changed. Member Margaret Houston seconded the motion and it passed
unanimously.
STEELE SUBDIVISION - FINAL PLAT;
Bill Van Horn, representing the owners, presented the final plat
of Steele Subdivision which proposes dividing Lot 1 into three
parcels. Correspondence regarding the plat was received from the
following:

Water Superintendent......................................7/13/82
Town Engineer/Planner ............................... 7/13/82
Member Margaret Houston moved that Steele Subdivision be favorably
recommended to the Board of Trustees subject to the existing house
on Lot 3 be shown on the plat. Member Duane Blair seconded the
motion and it passed unanimously.
ACACIA ACRES - LOTS 4 AND 5 - INFORMAL PRESENTATION:
Mr. Bill Van Horn, representing Quentin and Lucille Younglund,
appeared before the Commission to request a reading on whether or
not the Commission would agree to allow the owners to divide Lots
4 and 5 of Acacia Acres into 4 - 1/2 acre lots. Currently there
are 2 - 3/4 acre lots and 2 - 1/4 acre lots. The owners would like
to build 4 duplexes on these lots. Chairman Al Sager stated that
he would be in favor of leaving the property lines alone. Members
Duane Blair, Margaret Houston, Richard Wood agreed with Chairman
Sager. Member Komito had no opinion.
LARIMER COUNTY REFERRALS:
KRISTINE P. JOHNSON VARIANCE REQUEST - Kristine P._Johnson presented
a request for a setback variance for Lot 15, Division 7, High Drive.
Member Margaret Houston moved that the Commission favorably recomme
5 vLiSL request to the Larimer County Board of Adjustment. Member
George J. Hix seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
