NEW ZONING DISTRICT - E-ESTATE - DISCUSSION: The Planning Commission discussed establishing a new zone E-Estate which would have a ^acre minimum lot size and not allow guest houses. Several citizens had previously expressed a desire for the Town to adopt such a residential zone. Member George J. Hix moved the Planning Commission recommend to the Board of Trustees that consideration be given to estab­ lishing this new zone. Member wood seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. BEAVER POINT FIRST ADDITION - SET PUBLIC HEARINGS ON ANNEXATION: Member George J. Hix moved that the Planning Commission schedule a public hearing on the proposed Beaver Point First Addition for MaY_ ' 1982. Member Houston seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. LARIMER COUNTY REFERRALS: FLATIRON PAVING COMPANY ASPHALT PLANT VARIANCE REQUEST- Wayne Sailer of Flatiron Paving Company of Boulder appeared for a variance to allow an asphalt plant to °Perfe landfill area which is zoned Commercial. He explained that if reSeiied Jhlbid for resurfacing Trail Ridge Road, then the plant will hl neSed for a maximum of 90 dlys.
