SNYDER EXEMPTION- Todd Plummer of Van Horn Engineering Company appeared
and spoke on behalf of Mr. Snyder's request to divide a 5 acre parcel of
ground into two acre parcels. Mr. Frank Prochaska questioned the legal
condition of the access road. Member Houston moved the exemption be
recommended favorably. Member Blair seconded the motion and it passed
unanimously.
GRUEFF/LYNGHOLM REZONING - Odd Lyngholm appeared and spoke on the behalf
of the rezoning of Lot 24, Park Hill Subdivision from the existing A—
Accommodation tothe proposed T-Tourist zone, Mr, Lyngholm agreed to
conditional zoning that would allow all of the uses now allowed in the A-
Accommodation district plus the use of a restaurant. Mr. Charles Jamison
spoke in favor of the rezoning. Mr, Todd Plummer questioned the con-
dition of the intersection of US 36 and Fish Creek Road. Member Hix moved
the rezoning be favorably recommended subject to the conditions agreed
to by Mr. Lyngholm, Member Meusel seconded the motion and it passed
unanimously.
Member Burgess was excused from the meeting,
GROSS VARIANCE - Mr. Harold Gross of Lot 11, Division
Heights appeared speaking in behalf of h:L® appll5^tf°J5+f° tb k Member

Hix moved the request be favorably recommended. Member Wood seconded
the motion and it passed unanimously,
WOLF VARIANCE - The Wolf variance request is for a setback of 10 feet
rather than the required 25 feet. Mr. Harold Gross spoke in favor of
the variance request. Member Wood moved the request be ^econ™?“ ,
