Chairman Sager officially welcomed George Hix as a new member of the Planning Commission. ROMER ADDITION - SET PUBLIC HEARINGS REGARDING ZONING: Member James H. Member James H. Swickard moved the preliminary plat of East Park Sub division be denied. Member Blair seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes: Those Hi Members Swickard, Blair, Rumley, Sager. Those voting No Members Hix, Graves, Houston. LOT SPLIT - DEER CREST SUBDIVISION (PORTION TRACT 58, FALL RIVER ADDITION), Bill Van Horn, representing the Rohrbaughs presented the Deer Crest Subdivision which proposes to divide a Portion of Tract Addition into two parcels of 1.40 acres and 14 79 acres.
