FLOODPLAIN ORDINANCE - PUBLIC HEARING: Chairman Sager conducted a public hearing on the proposed ordinance adopting floodplain regulations entitled as follows: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 16.16 OF THE MUNICIPAL THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO, THE SAME RELATING TO SUBDIVISI DESIGN STANDARDS TO MINIMIZE FLOOD DAMAGE AND AMENDING TITLE CODE OF THE TOMS OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO, ADDING ?Lp?ER SAME RELATING TO FLOOD PLAIN REGULATIONS.
