BRADFORD PUBLISHING CO., DENVER RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS Planning Commission - November 21, 1978 - Page Two (2) ROCKWOOD ESTATES 2ND ADDITION - PRELIMINARY PLAT - Tom Brown, repre­ senting owners Thorp and Crawford, presented Rockwood Estates 2nd Addition which is Icoated between Rockwood Estates and Rockwood Estates 1st Addition south of Carriage Hills 5th Filing. The prelim­ inary plat proposes nine single family lots on approximately 37 acres. A letter dated November 16, 1978 was received from the Town Engineer/ Planner stating that the proposal meets the intent and guidelines of the Comprehensive Plan. Member Margaret Houston moved the preliminary plat of the Rockwood Estates 2nd Addition be recommended for approval subject to the fire protection provisions meeting the satisfaction of the Estes Park Volunteer Fire Department. Member Rumley seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. HANSEN EXEMPTION - The Planning Commission reviewed the Hansen exemp­ tion request which proposes dividing approximately 20 acres into a fourteen acre tract and a six acre tract on McGraw Ranch Road. Correspondence was received from the Town Engineer/Planner dated November 17, 1978. Member Jack T. Rumley moved the Hansen exemption request be favorably recommended to the Larimer County Commissioners. Member Houston seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion unani­ mously carried. REZONING - LOTS lgt2, BLOCK 8, 1ST ADDITION TO LONE PINE ACRES, FROM “C-1 TO R-3 -SET PUBLIC HEARING: Member Jack T. Rumley moved the following public hearings be scheduled for the proposed rezoning of Lots 1 & 2, Block 8, 1st Addition to Lone Pine Acres from the existing C-1 Commercial to R-3 Trailer Court: Planning Commission Board of Trustees December 19. 1978 January 9, 1979 Member Houston seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion unani­ mously carried.
