Member Sutter then moved the final plat of Schroeder Subdivision be recommended for approval subject to correction of the legal description and obtaining signatures of all rightful owners of interest. Wagner seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion unani­ mously carried. LARIMER COUNTY REFERRAL - LIENEMANN - FALL RIVER ESTATES - REZONING: The Planning Commission reviewed a rezoning request from D. A. Lienemann referred by the Larimer County Planning Department. The petition re­ quests rezoning Lot 35, Block 1, Fall River Estates, Amended Plat, from T-Tourist to M-Multiple Family and proposes a maximum density of 16 units. Member Wagner moved the rezoning be favorably recommended to the Larimer County Planning Commission. Member Blair seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS - PROJECTED FUTURE ROW NEEDS: A letter from the State Highway Department dated March 1, 1978 was read to the Planning Commission regarding its projected need for a minimum 150 right-of-way for State Highways in the Estes Park area to accom­ modate the anticipated traffic demands in 1994.
