Member Blair moved the Planning Commission recom­ mend to the Larimer County Commissioners that the exemption be approved and that a guarantee of access be considered. Member Sager seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. EXEMPTION (LAR. CO.) - RICHARDS - DEVILS GULCH ROAD: The Planning Commission reviewed Mr. and Mrs. Richards' exemption request to divide approximately 15 acres on Devils Gulch Road into a 12.5 acre lot and a 2.8 acre lot. Member Byron Graves moved the exemption request be recommended for approval to the Larimer County Commissioners. Member Hix seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. OUTDOOR AMUSEMENT - DEFINITION: The Planning Commission directed the staff to prepare an amendment to the Municipal Code regarding the definition of "Outdoor Amusement".
