MASTER PLAN: Roger Burton of Lord & Associates reported that meetings with various organizations in Estes Park are continuing and a general public meeting will be held in the High School Auditorium on Thursday, February 24th at 7:30 p.m. Lord and Associates are requesting written comments ana will reply to each received. An informal meeting with members of the Planning Commission is set for Monday, February 21st at 4:30 p.m. to answer any questions. REZONING - LOTS 5, 6, 7, 16, 17, 18, & 19, DEVILLE SUBDIVISION: Chairman Petrocine continued the hearing on the rezoning of Lots 5,6, 7 16 17 18, & 19, DeVille Subdivision from C-2 Restricted Commercial to C-i Commercial. John Prescott and Mike Nagl spoke in favor of the request and no persons spoke in opposition. Staff comments were re ceived from Planner Van Horn and consulting planner Chairman Petrocine declared the hearing closed. Trustee'Robert E. There were no persons pre­ sent speaking in favor of or in opposition to the proposed amendment. Chairman Petrocine declared the hearing closed. Member Charles F. Hix moved the ordinance be favorably recommended to the Board of Trustees. Member Sager seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion unani­ mously carried. '701' FEDERAL FUNDING PROGRAM: The Larimer-Weld Regional COG requested by telephone that the Town of Estes Park submit a letter by March 1st stating whether or not it will be requesting '701' federal funding for 1977. The Town does not pro­ pose at this time any planning projects which would fit the guidelines for eligibility of '701' funds and, therefore, the Planning Commission directed Planner Van Horn to submit a letter stating '701' funding will not be requested this year.
