It was moved, seconded and carried the minutes of February 17, 1976 be

PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF ESTES PARK - REZONING - COMMUNITY ADDITION:
Chairman Prosser proceeded to conduct a public hearing on the proposed
rezoning of a tract of land located in the Community Jon.

by the following votes: Those voting "YesMj Members Prosser, Wagner,
Hix, Steele. Those voting ”No" Member Blair.

KIDWELL ADDITION - PRELIMINARY PLAT: j
Paul Van Horn appeared representing the Kidwells in submitting the
preliminary plat of the Kidwell Addition which is Lot 7, Pinewood Acres.

The Planning Commission then directed the staff to further revise
the ordinance and resubmit it at the next meeting at which time a
public hearing date will be set. j
