Member A1 Sager moved that the prelimi- SiS resabm;Lttec3 according to the Municipal Code along with the appropriate petitions for exception. Member Waaner 9 seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed bf^L fol­ lowing votes: Those voting "Yes" members Hix, Pe??Scine PrLse^ Sager, Steele, Wagner. Those voting "No" member Blair. Temporary leach field easement provided; Provisions for the extension of the existing water main shown on the plat. j Member Robert E. Wagner moved the preliminary plat of the Canaiy Subdivision be approved. Member Sager seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carriedL LOT DIVISION - COUNTRY CLUB MANOR, LOT 23, BLOCK 11; Joseph Bobich appeared before the Commission requesting the divi­ sion of Lot 23, Block 11 of Country Club[Manor in order to correct present encroachments of houses upon adjoining properties. Member N. T. Petrocine moved the lot division be recommended to the Board of Trustees for approval and that the Planning Commission finds the following facts with respect to the request: 1) That there are special circumstances or conditions affecting the property; ! 2) 3) That the exception is necessary for the preservation and the enjoyment of a substantial property right of the petitioner; | That the granting of the exception will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to other property in the neighborhood in which the property of the petitioner is situated or in conflict with the pur­ poses and objectives of this title. Member Steele seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. AIPO WORKSHOP: It was announced that the 18th Annual Inkitute for Planning Officials Workshop on Innovative Techniques for Managing the Impacts of Development will be held in Keystone, Colorado o October 1-3, 1975.
