OFF-STREET PARKING ORDINANCE (PUBLIC HEARING):
Chairman Prosser conducted a public hearing regarding an Ordinance
alTrSlng Section ?7.64.010 of the Code| pertaining to the computation
of off-street parking. Town Engineer/Planner Van Horn explained the
Ordinance to members of the Commission, and audience. d
persons present speaking in favor of or in opposition to th® P^°Posed
Ordinance. Chairman Prosser declared the hearin^fa^1°®e^;e 0f
Wagner moved the Ordinance be favorably reco^endJ^1 ^rLtion
Trustees. Member Hix seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion
unanimously carried.
DEVELOPING RESOURCE DISTRICT (PUBLIC HEARING).
Chairman Prosser proceeded to conduct a public hearing regarding an

Secretary Hill read the following correspondence received in
connection with the final plat of Mountain Technological Center.

Following a short discussion. Member Blair moved the final plat

STEWART INVESTMENT COMPANY - COUNTRY CLUB MANOR (REZONING);

Mr. Howard Stewart appeared before the Commission requesting
rezoning of Outlot 1, Block 11, Country Club Manor from the existing
R-2 Multiple Family Residential to C-1 Commercial. Member Wagner
moved a public hearing be set for June 17. 1975 regarding the
rezoning. Member Hix seconded the motion. Upon roll call the
motion unanimously carried. I I
CARL VOGEL - DIVISION OF LAND: I----------------------------------------------------- I

Mr. Carl Vogel appeared and spoke to the Commission regarding a
division of a lot in Community Addition. Following a discussion
between Mr. Vogel and the Commission, Member Sager moved the
lot division request be denied. The motion was delcared dead
from lack of a second. Member Blair moved ruling be postponed
until the June meeting so that further study could be conducted
by the staff and utility departments. | Member Wagner seconded
the motion. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried.I
CARL VOGEL - FISH CREEK ROAD (REZONING):
Mr. Carl Vogel appeared requesting rezbning of a parcel of land
on Fish Creek Road from the existing C-2 Restricted Commercial
to R-1 Residential. A public hearing date was set for June 17,I
DISCUSSION OF RIVER SETBACKS - BILL VAN HORN:
1975
Town Engineer/Planner Van Horn conducted a discussion regarding
the requirements of river setbacks andi the need for more setbacks
in all zoning districts. Following the discussion. Member Petrocine
moved the Commission be in favor of keeping rivers open and of
making a further study of river setbacks.
