Minutes of the regular meeting held on October 18, 19^, read and approved.

Mr, Patterson then presented a plat entitled Crystal Mountain, First Filing, and ask
that it be given preliminaiy approval. Chas. Hix so moved, Howard otewart seconded
the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously| carried.
Chairman Miles stated that at the next regular meeting, the Commission would t^ and
list projects that need specific planning with professional services, for the Town of
Estes Park, during the coming year.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
