The Tovm Hall, Estes Park, Colo, on the 15th day of March, 1966 at 4:00 P.M,
Present: Harry Miles Chairman, R,C, Brodie, Louis Canaiy, Chas, F, Hix, N,T, Petrocine,
Carl Swanson, Howard Stewart, Val Bernard,1 Frank McGraw, James Bissell, Alternate,

ohairraan Miles called the meeting to order and stated that the Commission would proceed
to consider the application of Frank Williams and Raymond Hromas d/b/a Estes /musements,
to transfer the location of the existing "Pixie Park Miniature Golf" from the present
site, on Highway 66 West of Town of Estes Park, to a proposed site approxiametly 4-
iriie Jhst on Highvray # 66. (a portion of the S.E, \ of Sec, 26), The Secretary reported
that the present site and the proposed site are both in a "Tourist" Zoning District,
and that ^blic Notice had been published regarding this application to be heard at
this meeting, Mr, Frank Williams presented his application. There viere no persons
present md no correspondence on file, supporting the application*
Mr, William Wilson, Attorney at law, representing property owners in the immediate area
spoke opposing the application, and submitted letters of opposition from six property
owners whose property adjoins the proposed new site. Said property ov.mers were present
and a^ stated that this proposed operation, together with possible future amusement
operations at this site would be detrimental to their investments and to the area,
AH persons present having been heard, James Bissell moved that the application be
denied, louis Canaiy seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously
Mil« stated that in accordance with Public Notice published, the Coimiission
would proceed to consider a Petition submitted by "Lazy B Ltd." requesting the
Cohesion to confirm the right to continue the present use of its property? o^in
He Alternative,^requesting that their property be rezoned from F 0 1 District to a
B-Business ^strict, Mr, Eugene Mitchell, Attorney at Law, representing the Petitioners
spoke supporting the Petition. Mr. latchell also ;questioned
