Minutes of a regular meeting of the Estes Park Regional Planning Commission, MeetiiTg
held in the Town Hall on May 18, I965 at 4:00 P.M,I
Present: Harry Miles, Chairman, Louis Canaiy, Chas. F Hix, N.T, Petrocine, Val Bernard,
Clarence Gillett, Dr, J.O, Mall, Verne H, Fanton, Secretary,
Absent: R,C, Brodie, Carl Swanson, L,F, Flower, Howard Stewart, James Bissell,
Minutes of the regular meeting held on April 20, and the Special meetipg held on April
28, read and approved,
Mr, Delmer Anderson, property owner of a portion of Spanier Subdivision, 2 miles
West of Estes Park on Highway # 66, appeared before the Commission, and ask
approval to continue the \jse of his property as a trailer camp, Mr, Anderson
Anderson presented a certificate of approved water supply from the State Board of Health,
Trailer and statement of approval of a new disposal system from Larimer County Health
Court Dept, In accordance with action taken by this Commission on Avigust 18, 1964#
N,T, Petrocine stated that the site had been licensed each year by the State
as a trailer Court, and moved that the continued operation as a trailer court
be approved, Louis Canaiy seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion
unanimously carried, I

Election of
Officers
Mr, Ronaljd P Harries, Registered Land Surveyor, appeared before the Commission
and presented a plat entitled "Estes Park Estates Filing No,2 " and ask that it
be given final approval. The Commission questioned the water supply for the
subdivision. Following discussion, Louis Canaiy moved that the plat be given
final approval, J,0, Ifell seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion
unanimously carried,
Chariman Miles announced that nominations for officers of this commision for
the coming year was in order, Clarence Gillett moved that the present officers,
i,e, Harry Miles, Chairman, Carl Swanson, Vice Chairman, VeriB H Fanton, Secretary,
be nominated and elected by acclamation, Louis Canaiy seconded the motion.
Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried,

The Commission stated that they were of the opinion that Larimer County and
the Town of Estes Park should budget funds, for next year, for additional
planning and to up date the zoning Ordinances, Also that any additional
information that Mr, Trafton Bean has on file, regarding this area, should
be forwarded.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
