Minutes of the regular meeting held on March 18,| 1969, read and approved as read.
Chairman Miles stated that the Commission would iproceed to conduct a public hearing
reSJdiUg a proposal to rezone a portion of Country Club Mannor Subdivision of
the Tovjn of Estes Park. The Secretary reported that Public Notice had been
complied with and that there was no correspondence on file. Chairman Miles ask
if there were any persons present to be heard. There were none, , •
moved that the following described property, located in Country Club Mannor
Subdivision, Town of Estes Park, Colorado, be rezoned from the present o-l
Commercial District to a R-2 Multiple Family Residence District:
Lot 1, Block 6j !
Lots 1 and 14, Block 7; |
Lots 1 and 20, Block 8j
Lots 1 and 19, Block 9;
Lots 1 and 20, Block 10 . . t
Chas, Hire seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.

Mr, Tom Brown, registered Surveyor, together with Mr, Mward Hvunraer, Attorney at Law,
appeared before the Commission and presented a sub-division plat entitled
Stanley Residential Coimunity, located within the Town of Estes Park, a^ aak that
it be given final approval. After review and the plat appearing to be in order,
Chas. Hix moved that it be given final approval. Henry Dannels seconded the motionl
Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
