Present: Harry Miles, Chairman, Henry Pannels, Carl Swanson, E.S, Erickson, Howard Stewart,
Also Present: Verne H. Fanton, Secretary, Dwight I’Jhitney, Larimer County Planner,
Absent: Chas, F, Hix
Minutes of the regular meeting held on February 18, 1969 read and approved as read,
Mr, C, Tom Brown, Registei'ed Surveyor, presented a replat of Venner Ranch Estates,
2nd filing, located in the S.W, ^ of Sec, 36, R, 73 Vf. and ask that it be given
preliminary approval, Mr, Brown stated that the area would be served by a central
water system, Folowing discussion, Howard Stewart moved that the plat be given
preliminary approval, Carl Swanson seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion
carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yes” Swanson, Erickson, Stewart,
Those voting "No" Dannels,
Mr, Norbert Adlrich, representing the Estes Park Chamber of Commerce, read and filed
a proposal to employ another planning consultant, in addition to Mr, Trafton Bean,
Carl Swanson moved that the proposal be filed with the Town Board, Henry Dannels
seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried,

Mr, Dale Hill, Town Administrator, filed a request submitted by the Town oard, ^
that this Commission consider reaoning that portion of Country lub Manner Addition
that is now in a C-1 Commercial District to a R-2 Multiple Family Residence District,
Following discussion, Carl Swanson moved that public notice be given that this
Commission will consider reaoning Lot 1, Block 6j Lots 1 and 14, Block 7j
Lots 1 and 20, Block 8; Lots 1 and 19 ^^lock 9j and Lots 1 and 20 Block lOj
from the present C-1 Commercial District to R-2 Multiple Family District, at the
next regular meeting, E,S, Erickson seconded the motion. Upon roll call said
motion unanimously carried, |
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
