HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES Estes Park Planning Commission 1969-02-18Minutes of a regular meeting of The Estes Park Planning Commission, Estes Park, Colorado^ held in the Tovm Hall on the 18th day of February, 1969 at 4:00 P.M, Present: Harry Miles, Chairman, Henry Dannels, Carl Swanson, Chas, F, Hix, Also Present: Verne H. Fanton, Secretary, Dwight Miitney, Larimer County Planner. Absent: E.S, Erickson, Howard Stewart, Minutes of the regular meeting held on December 17, 1968, read and approved as read. Hr, Robert Barrell, registered Engineer, appeared before the Comnission and ste^ that the larimer County Planning Commission had denied the request to ^sone the proved Subdivision knovm as "Alpine Acres", located in the SW i of Sec. 34, T. 4 R. 73 V. from the present E Estate District to a A Accomodation he had now filed a petition asking that the above area be rezoned fr^ the prese^ E Estate District to a E-1 Estate District and ask that this Commission recommend accordi^lye SeSS DannSrmovertLt this Commission recommend to the Larimer County Plannxng Co^ssxon SarthHbove Sribed area be reconed to a E-1 Estate District, Carl Swanson seconded the motion. Hemy Dannels seconded the motion. Upon roil c.ii said motion unanimously carried, Mr. Tom Brown, Registered Surveyor and Mr. Mikelappeared before the Coimiission, presented a plat entitled Stan!ey Resi^ntial Area ana Stanley Condiminium Comunity, and ask that the plat be S^ven p^ ^ry P variances Mr. Brown explained that because of the ^rra^ it Sir SSy SSSs from the Town Subdivision regulations.
