Tovm Hall, Tovm of Estes Park, on the 20th day of August, 1968 at 4:00 P.M,
Present: Harry Miles, Chaiman, Henry Dannels, Chas,F, Hix, Hovfard Stewart,

Mnutes of the regular meeting held on July 16, 1968, | read and approved as read,
Mr, Dwight Miitney presented a petition, signed by what appeared to be a majority of
the property owners involved, requesting that the North one-half of Sec, 2, E, 73 West,
be rezoned from the present Accomodations District to a E 1 Estate District, Four
property owners were present supporting the petition. Following discussion, Henry
Dannels moved that this Commission recommend to Larimer County that the Petition be
granted, Howard Stewart seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously
carried, i
Chairman Miles stated that the Commission would proceed to conduct a public hearing
regarding a request, signed by Robert L and Bonnie L, Dekker, to rezone The Ifejestic
Pines Subdivision, within the Tcwn of Estes Park, from the present R-1 Residence
District to a R - Residence District, The Secretary reported that legal publication
had been complied with and there was no correspondence on file, Mr, Robert Dekker
was present supporimiig the Petition, There were no persons present opposing the request,
Clias, Hix moved that this Commission recommend to the Town Board that the request be
granted, Henry Dannels seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously
carried,I
Chaiman Miles stated that the Commission would proceed to donduct a public hearing
regarding a request, signed by Elmer R, Smith, Dewey D, Shanks, Robert E, Burgess,
and William E, Burgess, to rezone all of Block 3j and Lots 1, 2, 3> 4, of Block 5»
of Lone Pine Acres Subdivision within the Tovm of Estes Park, from the present
C—1 Commercial District to a R»-2 Multiple Family District, The Secretary reported
that legal publication had been complied V'd.th and there was no correspondence on file.
There were no persons present to support or oppose ttie Petition, After discussion
Chas, Hix moved that the Commission recommend to the Town Board that all of Block 3,
and lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, of Block 5, of Lone PinejAcres Subdivision, be rezoned
from the present C~1 Commercial District to a R-2 Multiple Family District, Henry
Dannels seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
There being no further business, it was regularly moJtd, seconded and carried that
the meeting adjourn.
