Tovm Han on the 18th day of January, 1966, at 4:00 P.M,

Minutes of the regular meeting held on December 21, 1965, read and approved as read.
In accordance with action taken at the last meeting, the Committee of members Swanson,
Petrocine and lilies submitted a draft of a new zoning district that might apply to tne
Coimtry Club Estates Sub Division, The proposal vras read in full and discussed in
detail. Mr, Edward Bums and Mr. O.K. High were present and commented on the proposal.
The Committee stated that the proposed new zone restrictions would coincide mth tne
deed restrictions of the sub-division, Howard Stewart moved that copies t“e Prc>"
posed zone be furnished the property owners in the County Club Estates Subdivision
for their approval or disapproval, Louis Canaiy seconded the motion. Upon roll call
said motion unanimously carried.
Mr. Bernard Dannels and Mr, Paul Van Horn appeared and presented a subdiyision^p^t
entitled High Acres Subdivision, located within the Town and being a portion of ^t
18 of the South St, Vrain Addition to the Town of Estes Park, Mr, Dannels stated
that he was the sub-divider and that the subdivision would be for residence purposes.
The plat appearing to be in order, Chas, Hix moved that it be given preliminary
approval, Louis Canaiy seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously
carried,

Mr. Frank McGraw, a member of the Larimer County Planning Commission, reported that
the County Commission had approved the request of Edna McLean to re-zone a tract
of land V7est of Estes Park, on U.S, # 34, for the operation of a trailer court.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
