MeetingMinutes of a regular meeting of the Estes Park Planning Commission,
held in The To\ra Hall on Tuesday, October 29, 1963 at 4:00
■Present: Harry Miles, Chairman, ‘Verne H- Fanton, Secretary, R.C. Broaie,
Louis Canaiy, Chas. F. Hix, C.M. Hunter, Carl Swanson.

Clarence Glllett, representing |North End District, Paul Van Horn
Town of Estes Park Engineer, Dale Hill, Town Clerk.
Members Val Bernard, Dr. J.O. Mall.
LARIMER COUNTY BUSINESS:i
Mr. Michael Mardln, Realtor, representing Mr. Willis VJeb'ber, together
with Mrs. Anna Vfebber, appeared before the Comission and applied for approval
to construct and operate a "Old West Village", on a 28 acre tract,
in the NE i of the KE i of Sec. T. 5 N* R. 73 V,r. North of Rlmrook Cottages
The site is zoned as a Tourist District. The [applicant, Mr. _
is the former operator of a Western Village near Denver known as East ^n Cup.
A motion picutre showing the operations at East Tin Cup was shovm to the
Commission and Mrs. Webber stated that the ProP°se^ Jf® di

Mr. Paul Van Horn submitted a residence subdivision plat, entitlea
unanimously carried.
The Secretary read a letter from Mr. Edward F. Schubert,
