RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
Minutes of the regular meeting of the Estes Park Planning Commission held in
the Tovm Hall on the 20th day of ^&rch 1962 at 4:00 P,M,

Minutes of the regular meeting held on January 16, 1962, read and approved as
read, [
At the invitation of the Commission Mr. C. M. Fulton appeared regarding the
proposed zoning of Lot 12 of South Saint Vrain Addition. Mr. Fulton spoke
asking that the Commission respect his present investments and operations
on Lot 12 together vrith his plans for improvement and expansion. Follovdng
a detailed discussion and analysis of the present Tovm Zoning Ordinance,
Ronald Brodie moved that the Commission recommend to the Town Board that a
new zoning district be established entitled Industrial District, that the
present Ordinance be ammended to include said[industrial District and that
Lot 12 of South Saint Vrain Addition be zoned |within the Industrial District.
The said Industrial District to permit the following uses; concrete ready-
mix plant, manufacture of concrete products, gasoline and propane bulk plants
and v/arehouses. Permitted uses are to be inclosed within a fence with a 10
foot setback from all property lines, N. L, Bartlett seconded the motion.
Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
The Secretary presented a proposal from the Toivn of Estes Park to construct a
building to be used as a municipal incinerator at the present Town dimp site.
The Commission referred to page 22 and to page 26 paragraph D of Larimer Coimty
Zoning Ordinance and unanimously stated that the proposal for the construction
was in accordance with the existing ordinance.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, it was regularly
moved, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn.
