RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
The secretary reported that certain property owners in Pine Wood Acres
Addition had petitioned the Town Board to re—zone their properties
in order to permit the keeping of horses on the property for private
use. This being in violation of the Zoning Ordinance, the Board
referred the matter to the Planning Commission for recommendation.
Following a discussion, the Secretary was instructed to present the
matter to Mr. Trafton Bean, Planning Consultant, for his recommendation.
There being no further business, it was regularly moved, seconded,
and carried that the meeting adjourn.
